Our remote monitoring and administration will run on your network around the clock providing an operational diagnostic, and repair regimen. There will be hundreds of checks running, files scanned, resilience tests will be running and logged. Any alerts and status reports will be received by a control center technician, and corrections and reports will be made to fix the situation if necessary.

This network security and maintenance package is for clients who prefer to pay for help desk and onsite support by the hour. We recommend this level of service for small businesses with simple computer needs.

Unlimited Help Desk

In this plan we do include help desk but not on-site support. Our help desk has over 25 years of diagnostic experience, you can expect an instant response from our call center. When you call, the technicians who have experience installing and maintaining your networks/other systems will be the technicians you are talking to.

What VIP Gold Plan Includes:

  • All Monitoring and Security Services Offered with CTI Connection +
  • Unlimited telephone and email support provided live between the hours of 8:00AM – 5:30PM, Monday – Friday (with the exception of public holidays)
  • Handling of ALL desktop issues including:
  • Microsoft | Custom Application Software | Network Related Issues Using Remote Access Tools
  • Bi-Annually on-site network health review
  • CTI will work with the customer and the software vendors until the problem is resolved

VIP Platinum Plan

This plan provides FULL SUPPORT: managed services, help desk, and on-site support.

CTI is responsible for every aspect of the computers in your office including keeping the hardware components up to current specs and swapping them with faster and more efficient machines as technology advances.

With the “Hardware as A Service (HAAS)”, CTI is responsible for every aspect of the computers in your office including keeping the hardware components up to current specs and swapping them with faster and more efficient machines as technology advances. The hardware becomes our responsibility under this program. We handle the general up-keep of the machines, replacement of any faulty parts, and the removal and recycling of old machines.

What HAAS Program Includes:

  • All Monitoring and Security Services Offered with CTI Connection + Unlimited Help Desk and All Other Support Services Offered with VIP Gold Plan + Unlimited Technical Support + Services Offered with the VIP Platinum Plan
  • Full use of hardware and software during the contract period, with the option to renew your contract and upgrade at the end of your term
