·      Operational Disruption Alerts: Office closures, system outages, and safety-related broadcasts.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Text messages are sent on an as-needed basis triggered exclusively by critical client events or workplace emergencies.

Cost & Fees

CTI does not charge a fee for this service. However, standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier depending on your wireless pricing plan.

How to Opt-Out

You can cancel or stop this service at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
