Gold VIP Platinum Plan:  Unlimited Tech Support for a Flat Fee Our VIP Platinum Plan builds upon the benefits of the VIP Gold package, offering enhanced support and additional services for businesses that demand top-tier technical assistance. Enjoy peace of mind with:

  • Unlimited Technical Support: No limits on support requests.
  • Local Workstation Backups: Ensure your critical data is protected with local backups (NAS required).
  • Emergency Service: After-hours emergency support available on an on-call basis.
  • On-site Hardware Maintenance & Repairs: Qualified technicians will handle all on-site hardware maintenance and repair needs.
  • Quarterly Network Health Review: Proactive, on-site network health checks every quarter to ensure optimal performance.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs):

  • 4-Hour SLA: For site-wide outages or system failures impacting multiple locations.
  • 8-Hour SLA: For system failures affecting multiple users at a single site.
  • 16-Hour SLA: For application or functionality issues not affecting multiple users.
  • Warranty and Vendor Support: We handle all warranty claims and vendor interactions for you.

Please note: The VIP Platinum Plan does not cover project-oriented work, new software version releases, new equipment installations, or network changes/upgrades.
