This SMS Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your mobile phone number and messaging data when you opt in to receive internal company text notifications.
1. Information We Collect
We collect your mobile phone number when you voluntarily provide it to us during onboarding, through our secure internal HR portal, or via emergency contact forms.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your mobile phone number is used exclusively for internal operational communications, which may include:

We do not use internal employee phone numbers for marketing or promotional purposes.
3. Strict Protection of Mobile Data (Carrier Compliance)
CTI values your privacy. Mobile phone numbers collected for internal text messaging purposes, as well as the consent received for SMS notifications, will not be shared, sold, rented, or leased to third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
4. How Employees Opt In (Consent)
Consent to receive automated text messages is gathered internally. Employees must explicitly opt in by checking the designated SMS notification box within the company HR portal or onboarding paperwork. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on internal operational needs or active system alerts.
5. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving internal texts, simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your phone number from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
